Cool wedding planning resources I made

Since last month’s newsletter, I booked three more 2026 weddings.

One spot to go! Once I hit five, I’ll be raising my prices by at least $500 as I’m taking a much smaller season next year. Learn more about my services. (Fun fact: All four clients rented my brain before booking me full-time.)

My book turned four this month.

Yes, I wrote a book. It came out in 2021 amid a Covid surge so, you know, it was a soft launch but I like to think it’s out there helping people do their wedding thing.

New resource: Six things that are actually worth the money at a wedding.

Give it a read.

“Beth was so quietly productive that she helped EVERYTHING get done.”

“Quietly productive” is my MO ;) Thanks to this recent client for such a kind review.

Cool wedding planning resources other people made

The latest newsletter from Designed for Connection shared a message that’s also key to my work.

It’s “Why are we having a wedding?”

If you like talking about running a business in the wedding industry, consider this new podcast.

As the hosts put it: “All heart, no fluff.”

Psst — Per my code of conduct, I don’t take kickbacks or other things of value for my referrals.

Wedding vendors, this is for you

Wedding vendor meet-ups are happening. There’s one in Seattle next month and the next one I’m doing in Portland is in January. Hope you can make it!

Weddings take a lot of work! For a little extra help, consider:

  • asking me a question for free

  • using this gallery of free resources

  • reading these articles

  • reading my book

  • renting my brain for an hour

  • hiring me to coordinate
