If your current mood fluctuates between “OMG I am so excited about my wedding” and “OMG I am so ready to be done with this,” you’ve come to the right place.

You need a Wedding Diagnostic.

What in the world is a Wedding Diagnostic?

It’s like a check-up appointment for your wedding planning. It’s a one-hour commitment that allows you to tap into my experience as a professional wedding coordinator without hiring me for the whole kit and caboodle.

A Wedding Diagnostic works for weddings of all sizes, locations, and budgets, and it doesn’t matter if you’re getting married in the next year or the next hour. I can help.

Here’s what you get when you invest in a Wedding Diagnostic

  1. A One-Hour Phone Consultation. You and I will talk one-on-one about your wedding. I break the call into two parts so that you leave with concrete, realistic solutions based on my professional experience coordinating more than two dozen weddings.

    • Part 1: The 4 Big Questions Analysis. In my experience, there are four big questions that you need to answer when you plan a wedding. We’ll spend the first half of the call talking through your answers to these questions.

    • Part 2: Timeline Audit. The heart and soul of wedding planning is the timeline. In the second half of the call, I will review your timeline and identify what’s missing (a.k.a. so, when exactly are you signing the license?). Don’t have a timeline? Don’t sweat it. I’ve got a road-tested template that we’ll work on together so that you know what you need to fill in.

  2. Next Steps Recommendation Email. After the call, I’ll send you a prioritized list of what exactly you need to do to finish planning your wedding without losing your mind. I’ll also include recommended deadlines so you can know what to do when because nobody gets a sabbatical to plan their wedding.

  3. Templates of the Emails You Need to Send Vendors and Guests. I’ll also give you exclusive access to three email templates that I use for every wedding I work: the email I send all ceremony vendors, the email I send all reception vendors, and the email I send all Wedding VIPs (i.e. wedding party, key family members, etc). Then all you have to do is fill in the blanks and hit send.

  4. Vetted and Approved Recommendations. Finally, I’ll provide you a customized list of vendors, articles, websites, etc. that specifically answer your particular wedding quandaries because Google can only help so much.

So, what are you waiting for?
