On average, it takes between 6 hours to 10 hours a week to plan a wedding. With the average engagement lasting nearly 15 months, that’s 360 to 600 hours spent planning before the actual wedding day.
My job as a wedding coordinator is to make sure that all that time and effort pays off. I also work to make the wedding industry more inclusive, diverse, equitable, accessible, and sustainable in my ongoing fight against the wedding industrial complex.
It’s all part of my mission to help people plan and work weddings from a place of joy.
